Robert Burns Centre Box Office Opening Times:

  • Open Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 8pm, Sunday 2pm - 5pm and an hour before the screening until the end of the film.

Ticket prices:

  • Full price £5.00, Concessions £3.60, Family £14.00 (admits 2 adults & 2 children)
  • Concessions available for: Students (with matriculation card); School pupils (15-18 years); Claimants (Income Support & Job Seekers Allowance); Senior Citizens; Disability or Invalidity status; School Children.
  • Bring a Baby Screenings
    Introducing Wednesday afternoon screenings for parents and carers with their babies so they can see a film from our programme without having the worry of making a noise and upsetting other members of the audience. Doors open at 10am and screening starts at 10.45am. The screenings are limited to babies of 18 months and under. Baby changing and bottle warming facilities available. Tickets cost £5.00 or £3.60 concessions per adult..
  • Coffee Morning ScreeningsCoffee Club
    A social way to enjoy cinema. Come and enjoy a coffee/tea and cake provided by Hullabaloo before the screening. Doors open at 10am, with the film starting at 10.45am. Refreshments included in the ticket price £5.50 (£4.20 conc).
  • There are often ticket deals on films and these are detailed with the film entry.

Advance Bookings

  • All performances are bookable in advance. Reservations can only be made if accompanied by payment.
  • Tickets may be booked by credit/debit card on 01387 264808. Please bring your card when collecting tickets for ID purposes.
  • Postal bookings should be accompanied by contact details and cheque made payable to Dumfries & Galloway Council. Please phone before making a postal booking.
  • Tickets cannot be refunded unless the screening is cancelled. Tickets can be exchanged if 48 hours' notice is given, subject to availability.
  • Programmes are subject to change, but only in extraordinary circumstances.
  • SEAT RESERVATIONS
    All seats are unreserved. If you require seats together, please arrive in plenty of time to book a seat of your choice using a seat minder. The auditorium is open 1 hour before the start of the first screening, and for approximately 15 minutes for subsequent screenings.

Gift Vouchers

  • Give the gift of a quality movie experience with a RBCFT Gift Voucher - the perfect, inexpensive gift idea. Vouchers are available from the box office.

Cinema Hire

Access for patrons with disabilities

  • The Film Theatre has easy wheelchair access, and is wheelchair friendly. We honour the CEA Card (www.ceacard.co.uk). Call the box office for full access information.
  • Assistive Listening: The cinema is fitted with the loop receiver device, which is suitable for people with hearing aids (with a T switch).
  • A large print copy of the programme is available at the Box Office upon request.
